I have a user whose Windows screen setting is 800x600 (she likes things big). Her Evo user setting is for "small" screens. She has not had any problems with Evo screens except for AP-A. The screen is large and she is missing the buttons at the bottom. We cannot resize either-- the resize button in the lower right is missing also, and it isn't letting me grab and on the sides to make the screen larger at the bottom.
Any suggestions on where to go or what to do to fix this screen?
I tried deleting the APA dfm in her ISTS folder. That did not change anything.

reset her screen to a higher res, resize the APA screen smaller, then set her back to 800x600?
