Title: Corrupted PO Post by aostarly on 11/13/08 at 14:05:59 We have a PO that we are no longer able to access through PO-A. When you select the PO it will show the header information then runs through the line item information but then gives the following error: the array element specified is out of range for this field. I have not been able to pinpoint a rhime or reason for why this happens, but this is not the first time. Usually we will close the PO or cancel it. But on this particuler PO there are multiple line items on this PO that span a length of time that will only add to the problems because shipping doesn't know to receive them under the new PO number. Plus we already have items received against it. I have looked at the PO Header and Line item tables through maintained database and nothing seems to be out of order. I have no clue what Line 3813 is in the array, but something there is running out of synch. Any insight or help in how to fix this would be greatly appreciated! |

Title: Re: Corrupted PO Post by NovaZyg on 11/13/08 at 14:24:06 use maintain database and open bkappo for that company. find the po then edit the field bkap.po.nl make that the number of lines you have on that po. My guess is it has either the wrong number in there. hope that helps |
