Is there a way to add a bin location on the purchase order receivers?

it's there on our version - you can't edit it but you can at least see what location your receiving it to.

OOPS I think Carie mis-read your post. We paid for a custom program to view the LOCATION parts are received into. I am not sure if it was included in the last update or if it will be in the next one. We do not use Bin Locations.

I would like to open this issue back up as it has come up again in our day-to-day activities. There is a bin location on our Sales Order shippers that let our stock room people know where to pull the parts from for shipment. However, on the purchase order receivers there is no bin location to let them know where to store the parts for shipment. Is there a way to add this on the form?

What specific document are you referring to as the "PO Receiver"? PO-R? You can modify that RTM but if you have Warehouse Control turned on, we may need to have programming update the program so that it is opening the Bin file. If you do not have WC turned on then you can add the MTIC.PROD.LOC field to the RTM in Evo.

Thanks Lynn for responding. I'm referring to the PO Receiver as form format T6POB4R - Print Receiving Slip PO-Q

We do not have the Warehouse Control turned on. Should we? Actually, I tried adding the Bin file - not really knowing what I'm doing, but it didn't work. I'll try to add the MTIC.PROD.LOC field in the RTM in Evo... I've never added a new field before...always copied and paste or made visible. I'll give it a try.
