I would like to know how other people account for yield loss in their work orders.

customer x orders 500 parts
we historically make 15% overrun to account for yield loss
we do not want our sales orders to show an order for 575 parts we want it to show for 500 while still costing out the 575
we have accounted for in the material margin the costing on the additional 15% material, though this was previously done as a markup

any help, need more info, just leave a comment.
