We just finished our year-end for 5/31/08. Our next year-end would have been 5/31/09; but we have changed to a calendar year-end. So our year-end will be 12/31/08. I am really nervous about switching EVO/DBA data. I have read other posts but they don't seem to work. I made a copy of our company and tried changing the dates in AM-N but nothing seems to change. Do I have to run it on the exact day of 1/1/09 on Thursday? I won't have much time to experiment. Should I be putting in Dec 2008 data in Jan 2009 even if I haven't got the year-end changed? Please let me know the exact steps to take.

There is some discussion about this 5 posts down on the list. It makes a difference what version you are using. The folk on the list will need that info to help out.
