When entering a PO for an N type item, the PO cost is 0.76. The last several times the item has been received it has been at 0.72. The standard cost is set at 0.72, and the last cost is 0.72. But PO-A still uses 0.76. HOw can I fix this so that the cost that comes up is 0.72?

(I have the setting to update cost with PO-C set to no since I don't want this to happen all the time.)

Check PO-H and click Display Quotes and make sure nobody has entered Vendor Pricing for the item. Also check the Freight % field in IN-B.

Thanks, Lynn for the quick answer-- we did indeed have a quote in PO-H for the phantom cost.
