We have a sporadic problem of labor transactions duplicating. I put on the new update Monday afternoon 1/26/09 and Wednesday the problem showed up. I think it has something to do with the DC patch dated 10/16 that was included in the 12/21 update. We tried the patch back in October/November and began seeing the problem in a few of the employees so we copied back to the old files and just put up with the random lock-ups - it was less of a headache than having to delete all of the duplicate lines. This time I caught it early - only about 50 extra lines, last time it happened we had a couple of employees that got up to more than 2000 duplicate lines. I have a call in to Lynn, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I haven't seen this problem on the forum so I'm assuming that there must be some setting or something within our company that is triggering it. We put everyone on manual labor tracking today, but need to find out what the real problem is...or try to remember every time an update comes out to copy back the old files.

The other problem is that I can't remember which files I need - would it just be all of the run files within the DC module? They do have different dates than the previous version.
