A work order receipt was posted to an inventory part with a date of 12/18/09. It was caught and a reversal was put through with the same date. So no problem. But now every time we go into that part in IN-E, that transaction will always show as the last transaction. Is there any place I can purge those two transactions so they do not show on Inventory Transactions? The work order is still open so I can't play with it.

Maintain Database in the table INVTXN.B is where you will find the transactions. I'm not sure why the WO transactions are still there. How did you reverse the transaction? If you hit F2 from the data field of WO-I, looked up the receipt and backed it out that way it seems like it should be gone. If you did a negative transaction then you'd have two transaction to remove in the INVTXN table.

We did a negative transaction and I do have two transactions to remove. Utilizing the F2 to back out the transaction would be great in the future but we can't find the "data field" you mentioned. We are testing in another work order. We have gone into WO-I (Enter Finished Production) to each field and hit F2 but nothing comes up.
