At month end I ran an inventory exceptions report to report on hand quantities as negative. On one product I have a negative quantity shown on the exceptions report. In Inventory inquiry (IN-A) the inventory is correct (not negative). How do I fix this to match?

Do you have multiple locations? Sometimes items are just out of whack in one location and you can fix it with a transfer to make the negative location zero out.

yes I do have multiple locations, but I do not use them. When I look in IN-K (adj. phy. levels) the quantity in the main location is accurate and not negative.

Click the Locations button in IN-A - there may still be something negative in an unused Location.

Yes, it does show negative in blank location when I look in IN-A.
How can I clear this?
