We did inventory adjustments for the end of the year but didn't back date them. They are all on the new year. How do we go back and change them for last year? Where do we need to do that at?

It depends on what effect you hope to have. Are you looking to correct GL entries? Inventory transactions for reports? Traceability?

We are trying to correct everything if possible. So it is all showing for last year.

Easiest just to do a balancing (negative) transaction for the same (wrong) date and then make a new adjustment for the right date.
