I wish to notify our purchaser of the current incoming inspection status of vendors,
while also serving as a visible callout on the purchase order to the inspector
regarding the required level of incoming inspection.

This status indicator should automatically appear on the purchase order everytime the vendor
is called up for a purchase request. How would this be best accomplished?

use the new alerts...

go into T7APA, select your vendor, add an Evo Note and then select check the Alert box.. now If you are using T7POA then whenever that vendor is called up, the alert will pop up and ask them if they want to look at the note or ignore it.

This means, that we have to anable "Notes"?

Are they working fine?
