Title: WO-A FATAL ERR- File: WBKLOOKUP.SRC Line 1673 Post by awaretech on 04/09/09 at 10:30:41 A couple of my users are getting a sporadic error when doing a drill-down in WO-A. They get two error messages: WO-A FATAL ERR- File: WBKLOOKUP.SRC Line 1673 There is a fatal problem with the following expression. The problem may have to do with parentheses: "All" = "All".A.WOBOM.WOPRE = VAL(82810) .A. WOBOM.WOSUF=INT(VAL(2)) followed by: FATAL ERR - File: LISTG60.LIB Line: 210 The field you are trying to use is unallocated. It may belong to a file that hasn't been opened yet, or was an array that was removed from memory - TEMPO It doesn't happen every time, and it doesn't necessarily happen on the same work order if they go right back in and try again. |

Title: Re: WO-A FATAL ERR- File: WBKLOOKUP.SRC Line 1673 Post by awaretech on 04/09/09 at 12:48:06 We do have some, yes, usually when indicating inches. We also use other special characters, such as # and * . Can these cause problems as well? |

Title: Re: WO-A FATAL ERR- File: WBKLOOKUP.SRC Line 1673 Post by awaretech on 04/09/09 at 14:07:49 I should clarify: our part numbers do not have any special characters, but the part number descriptions might. Is it just if those characters are in the actual number that there could be a problem? |
Title: Re: WO-A FATAL ERR- File: WBKLOOKUP.SRC Line 1673 Post by NovaZyg on 04/09/09 at 23:32:02 You can't have ' or " as characters in a part number but as far as I remember # and * are ok Anything can be in the Descriptions. |
