Title: WO-A FATAL ERR- File: WBKLOOKUP.SRC Line 1673

A couple of my users are getting a sporadic error when doing a drill-down in WO-A.  They get two error messages:

WO-A FATAL ERR- File: WBKLOOKUP.SRC Line 1673
There is a fatal problem with the following expression.  The problem may have to do with parentheses: "All" = "All".A.WOBOM.WOPRE = VAL(82810) .A. WOBOM.WOSUF=INT(VAL(2))

followed by:

FATAL ERR - File: LISTG60.LIB Line: 210
The field you are trying to use is unallocated. It may belong to a file that hasn't been opened yet, or was an array that was removed from memory - TEMPO

It doesn't happen every time, and it doesn't necessarily happen on the same work order if they go right back in and try again.

Do you have quotation marks in any of your part numbers?  That can cause problems with drill downs.

We do have some, yes, usually when indicating inches.  We also use other special characters, such as # and * .  Can these cause problems as well?

Yes, they can cause problems too and will appear to be sporadic depending on the context.

I should clarify: our part numbers do not have any special characters, but the part number descriptions might.  Is it just if those characters are in the actual number that there could be a problem?

You can't have ' or " as characters in a part number but as far as I remember # and * are ok

Anything can be in the Descriptions.
