Hello, I have a couple of questions:

1. I'm looking to get tracking numbers from UPS Worldship into Evo. I've looked at the wiki (http://www.evoerpwiki.com/index.php?title=UPS_tracking_number_import_to_DBA) but I've never really used database applications (I'm only an intern, go easy on me!) so some of the content seems confusing for me. I would highly appreciate it if someone could explain it a little bit more for me.

2. In the old DBA AR-A, there is a "Hist" tab that will allow you to keep notes pertaining to communications with a customer. With the T6 AR-A, this option is not available. Is there any way to pull the data from there and migrate it over to the T6 AR-A menu?

I would really appreciate any help on this. Thanks!
