There are three items on the RNI report PO-I-F that are from purchase orders that are closed. I ran POKFIX and RNIFIX, but there was no change in the report.

Once a PO is closed, and is subsequently re-opened, the received items are put back in RNI to be paid. (I know, it doesn't make sense to me, either.) However, you can get rid of these items by invoicing them through AP-C, then enter a "fake" credit memo for the total dollar amount, then write a "fake" check for zero dollars.

The bug with items going back on the RNI report after reopening a closed PO was fixed a while back.

How you guys solve this problem? How you clean the RNI report? we still have order that had been close, but they still show on the report

If the order is currently closed, then it should not be on the report. UT-A, POKFIX and UT-A, RNIFIX may help. Also, if you are running RNI report as of a prior date, the closed POs don't come off until the effective clsoe date.
