"DE-H-A Import Labor" Window

Field 10 - "# Jobs Worked"
Field 13 - "Run Hours (XXX.XX)"
Field 17 - "Run Hours (XX)"
Field 18 - "Run Minutes (XX)"
Field 19 - "Run Seconds (XX)"

Could someone explain us what these field are?
and how we should use them?

John -

I know you have a custom FoxPro Labor program and custom import routines - are you looking to replace them? This may be something we need to discuss. Changing things may affect other customizations you have.

But to answer your original question, if an external labor reporting system can create an ASCII file populating the desired fields, then it can be imported.

You would populate either the Run Hours (decimal) OR the HH, MM and SS separately. Number of Jobs worked would cause hte time to be divided.

Hi Lynn,

Yes, we are looking into replacing our Time Clock. It is a Visual Fox pro, we dont have the original source code, and it not longer does what we need it to do.

I will design a new time clock on MS Access or VB, that will populate EVO's Import Labor Module.

Or if ISTech would want to do it, let us know
