Our Prod Manager issued parts to a WO. He believes he issued 2 to many to a part (and has entered finished production) Checking JC-A shows 0% issued on all parts, but in IN-A transactions that material has 5 occurances of being issued to this work order. We need to be able to see which part is overissued in JC-A to see which one to fix.

Carie -

Try printing JO-E for the materials issued to the specific work order to see how much was issued. In the past I have seen when too many (at what point I am unsure) have been issued, instead of reporting say 200% issued it will show 0% as if the % is just too big for the program to spit out in the job cost report.
