Title: Cannot add notes to PO in New version Post by tgoodson on 07/29/09 at 08:04:35 I have loaded the latest version EVO updates and am having several problems with purchase orders. It seems the new 7/17/09 IST enhancement is not running the same as previous versions. I have entered a PO but cannot add notes to the PO for instructions such as shipping schedules, etc. I checked the help files, but there is no new help information for the updates. I also have problems editing the PO and line items. It is a bit cryptic in how you have to go about editing the line items. Is anyone else having any problems with the PO-A portion of this update? If not and someone could please point me in the right direction to correct these problems, I would very much appreciate it. |
Title: Re: Cannot add notes to PO in New version Post by tgoodson on 07/30/09 at 05:59:27 Ok, now I can't seem to get the program to enter a PO at all. It seems the PO-A has something major wrong. At least on my end. I am trying to create a PO for a vendor and it is not working at all. It puts up bogus line item information of numbers in all fields, such as 645... I am trying to enter a line item and it allows me to enter it, but does not save it. When I go back to preview the PO, the line item is not there. Previously, when I entered a line item, it generated the line item 3 times. Has anyone else had any problems with this? If not, can someone tell me exactly which files are used for PO generation and I will try to restore them from my backup? |
Title: Re: Cannot add notes to PO in New version Post by Vman on 07/30/09 at 13:49:58 There appeared to be some issues with the PO-A program that was released with the 05/09 update. If you look in Problem Reports Repeatable there is a recent topic on PO-A. Lynn has a patched T7POA, but right now I have reverted our purchaser back to the BK-version, as the T6 and T7 versions were causing a lot of problems for us, but now the BK version is giving us printing problems. I plan on doing some testing with the patched T7 version. |
