Hello, I was just wondering if it was possible to alter a lookup grid such that it automatically filters by a certain criteria, i.e. displaying sales orders that only have a subtotal greater than $1000.

Yes, there is.

On the second row on the Drill Filters add the following

AND/OR = AND
Database Field = BKAR.INV.SUBTOT
Operator = >=
Value = 1000

Then click Save. Evo will save it on the C:\ISTS Folder

I can send you my "BKARINV_FORUM_QUESTION.FLT" filter

Thanks for the reply! What I'm actually after is to modify the WORKORDER grid such that it ONLY shows open orders (I know there's already a button for it, but we never look at the closed orders and it would be more convenient to default to just the open orders.)

Since the corresponding field for this is MTWO.WIP.STATUS, and the value for an open order is "R" according to the grid, would I do:

AND | MTWO.WIP.STATUS | = | R

in the drill filter?

If you have the Opening List in WO-A turned on and you want to only display open WO, there is already a default setting in WO-R to display only open WO. However, if you do not have the opening list turned on (Settings - US-A) and use the Lookup in WO-A then you will need to set your own filter.

The SETTINGS group should be added to all user menus. You can do that using the Add Group button in TAS-G
