For at least the past couple of weeks, I've been getting complaints that the routing doesn't print on the work order the first time it is printed. When they discover it missing and go back in...it prints. It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough that I'm hearing about it frequently. Has anyone else seen this problem. We are on EVO with the 5/25/09 update.

Reindexing ROUTING, WOROUT and WORKORD was suggested - feedback as to whether it worked is requested.

I reindexed the routing and workorder files and since it was sporatic will have to wait a little while to see if it helped. I will talk to the girl who pulls through work orders and report back next week.
