When sending an email invoice we get the message: C:\ISTS\PDFS|I29764.PDF cannot be found and will not be attached to this message. I'm pretty sure it is a setting problem because I found the I29764.PDF file in the main C:\DBAMFG file.

So the I assume some setting is either sending the PDF file to the wrong location or the program is looking for it in the wrong place. Any idea what we need to change to get this to work?

If your signature is correct and you really are still on the 2007 version, then you need to delete NZEMAIL.CFG from C:\ISTS\ and then use TAS-K to re-set the Attach path. If you are on a newer version, change your signature and I will repost an appropriate answer because the settings program has changed.

Yes, the signature is correct, we are on the 5/1/07 version. Deleting the NZEMAIL.CFG and resetting it to C:\DBAMFG did the trick. Thank you. However, we are getting a lot of these PDF files going into the main DBAMFG folder. Is there some way to change a setting so the PDF files go somewhere else?

TAS-K has a setting to define the "Attach Path". You need to point it someplace else. Once you redirect it, make sure the folder specified exists and you have write access to it.

US-A for current users, yes, but the original poster is on a much older version (2007)
