Is there a way to email a P/O after printing it to paper, without going through the print P/O routine twice? I once saw an option to do that with a customer statement where after you marked the document as printed is asked if you wanted to email it. I can't find that anymore and I don't seem to be able to figure out how to email any report after it has printed to the screen or printer.

Do you get the pop up screen that asks you if you are done printing? Say no and it will take you back to the print screen where you can pick email.

its an SD-Q setting ,System Manager Company tab, Multiple Print Dialog Box should be set to A (ASK)
