My purchaser converted a quote this morning and it was given a PO number that was already closed out. The number was 3667, while the next PO number should have been 4651. This happened before with the T7 version of POA, but that was with entering a PO not converting a RFQ. We are hoping this was just a strange anomoly, and is not going to repeat itself.

This started happening to one of our purchasing dept after the 05/22/09 update of PO-A to T7POA.RWN. The duplication appeared to be happening with the use of an add-on module WO to PO Process. As there were many issues with the updated PO-A menu, we have since changed all of our purchasing individuals back to T6POA.RUN; and the duplication stopped happening.
