Our purchasing person just noticed when she creates a new PO ,instead of pulling the prices from the vendor quotes she has setup in the system (via PO-H), the price is being pulled from either last or average cost. She tested this by checking the quote for the correct price,then entering the part on a PO and it pulled the last or average instead. This seems to be happening with both the Classic view and the Evo view. Checked the defaults, didn't see anything to me that would be a setting to handle this.

She said this just started with the last update we did.

Can you help me figure out how to get PO-A to pull in the correct price?

Val,
One thing that causes this is if the Expiration Date of the Vendor Price has passed.
This has skunked us several times.

I would like a message when a PO line item rejects the Vendor Price entry because of the Expiration Date.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the idea....but unfortunately that's not the issue in this case. That has happened to our purchaser before, so she usually puts the expiration dates way out there. The vendors she just did PO's for were at 2017. So expiration date isn't the issue.....

Anybody else here know how to fix this?

Ummmm......so, should this be moved to problem reports repeatable, or pushed to a bug report?

Purchasing just wanted to get an idea of when this will be fixed. They use the functionality all the time.
