We have a Crystal Report that prints a shipping schedule with one line desciption for each part #. We utilize 3 lines or more in each sales order. The first two lines come from the inventory file and the third and fourth lines are typed in by the sales department with special notes. Our Crystal Report is only picking up the first line of each part #. What is the formula for our report to pick up all lines pertaining to that part# and print it on our shipping report. I will need to do the same with subsequent part numbers also.

You would want to grab the lines (bkar_invl_pdesc) from BKARINVL.B (for open SOs) and order them by the bkar_invl_cntr (counter) field.

That sounds good but I not sure how to write up the formula. i went into the formula workshop to the description line but I am not sure how to add "order the lines by the counter field".
