Can anyone tell me which RTM report file is used to print the default travelers (WO-C)?

There are a number of different ones depending on your default settings. When you print, the window that pops up saying "Graphical Form Name" will tell you which one you are using.

I found out that we are not using the graphical version of the traveler. I assume this is hard-coded into the WO-C screen and we need to have some custom programming done to get this changed. Is that correct?

No, just tell WO-C "Y" to print in Graphics mode. It is the first question on the screen. I am not even sure why the text option is still available.

I know that I can use the report editor in DBA to remove fields from the reports, but what is required to add fields to the .RTM files? Is it something that we can do if we have the correct version of the ReportBuilder tool?

Not in DBA. That is something you need Evo-ERP for or to have our programmers do for you in DBA Classic.

In DBA we have a modified report for Work Orders that works great. In EVO, we've modified like DBA excepts we cannot get the "spacing" between routings. Can a programmer look at this to correct in our EVO? Or what other report builder should we use (Crystal Reports)?
