We received a PO today and the amount received shows up in the transaction listing and in the RQTY field in both BKAPOL and BKAPHPOL . The QC field in both files is 0.The UOH field in BKICMSTR is 0 and UOH in IN-A is 0. There was no WO attached to the PO so the item was not received into WIP. Anyone know what could have happened and what I should do to fix it?

What shows in BKICLOC? What was the status of UOH before the receipt, was it negative?

UOH in BICLOC was 0. This is a new item so there was no inventory before the PO was received. I ran SM-J-C last night and reconciled UOH to the inventory transactions. That resolved the inventory issue but it would be nice to know why this happened.
