Today I had a user who could not view look up windows in IN-B. He was getting an error saying that the pop up was not able to receive focus. No other workstation was having the problem. I noticed that he had two different ISTS folders on different drives so I decided to give him a fresh start. I deleted both ISTS folders and uninstalled the Pervasive client, then reinstalled Pervasive and ran Evo from the server. The install ran and created the ISTS folders in the correct fashion and all of the symptoms went away.

I don't know what is getting hosed in the ISTS folder, but this is the fourth time lately that doing a complete uninstall/reinstall on the workstation has cleared up nagging problems. I highly recommend it. NOTE: ** If your users have a lot of custom settings for screens you will want to make a back up of ISTS from which to do selective restores.**
