When using the e-mail feature in EVO I see a place to add contact info and e-mail addresses but I'm unable to enter any info into the fields.
I have to enter the e-mail address each time I send an e-mail. Where can I add this info to the list in EVO? Thanks.

AP-A and AR-A Contacts has a place to enter email addresses

Thanks for the quick response Lynn. I want to use the e-mail feature to send copies of sales orders, shop travelers, etc. to my co-workers in the office. Can an address be added to the list if it's not in AR or AP? This would cut down on the number of paper copies floating around the office. Thanks.

You can add a default BCC to your email settings in US-A, but that would add the same person to all emails. I don't know of any way to add a list.

I'll set up the people that I need to email as vendors in AP and see how that works. Thanks for the help.

Setting them up as vendors really won't work because it only looks at the vendor file if you are emailing a PO to a vendor. Let me give some thought to setting up an internal email list for co-workers, sales reps, etc. It makes sense; just need to figure out how to do it.

Perhaps a separate CC or BCC drop-down list? We would be interested in the ability to BCC the sales rep when an Acknowledgment is emailed without having to type in the address each time.
