We are using Evo Erp 9/16/09 SP5. Not only is the purchasing department very frustrated but sales and inventory as well :'(.

When trying to print a PO we get a Warn Err.file t7poa.src line: 3997 The TLL handle was 0 so the routine was not loaded correctly. They click OK and try to print the PO again and it is deleted and they have to enter again. Any help for this?

Also, random screens "lock up" and then you have to use the task manager to get out (due to "not responding") and then log back in...very frustrating...is this an ongoing problem or is there a fix for this?

We are on a server and it happens at nearly all the computers.

I would appreciate any ideas, as they are talking about revolt! :o

There were a number of fixes to the T7POA in the 1/22/10 update. We continue to fine tune but you need to be on the latest version to get the fixes.
