I entered a voucher in AP-B a few days ago.
the amount was distributed to 11 different Gl accounts (some D & some C)
DBA let me post this.

But now I go to GL-O and I am out of balance $90.00
I go back to AP-B and view the voucher and distribution lines add up to $90.00 more than the voucher amount ! !

I have used DBA since 1997 and it has never let me post a voucher that was out of balance.

I remember whem I was entering the voucher I had to go back and change some Debits to credits, but I have done this in the past and DBA will let me know if I am out of balance. It loks like $180.00 should have $90.00

Any and all help appreciated.

Don't know how it allowed you to post but if the voucher total (and Aging) are correct and only the distribution is incorrect, just use GL-P and fix it.
