I have the SP3 zip file and am trying to unzip to my DBAMFG folder. But it keeps coming up saying "The file you are trying to create already exists". It happened on bkadb,run; bkamc; bkarc; bkbmd. I cancelled at that point because it looks like it is going to bring up every file. Do I say OK to all these files? I did the Jan update 2 weeksw ago.

You need to say OK to all. SP3 is newer versions of existing files so they will already exist.
