Title: Commissions not calculated correctly in SA-D
Post by David Waldmann on 05/04/10 at 04:30:03

Maybe this is why I didn't use it for 10 years and just forgot.

After clearing up all the backlog from not using it for 10 years I went to transfer the April commissions and it is not right.

Salesperson 901   - 693.15 in CS-D, 0.00 in CS-E/F (salesperson no longer employed, no customer even assigned to 901*)
Salesperson 902   - 10.03 in CS-D, 0.00 in CS-E/F (salesperson no longer employed, no customer even assigned to 902*)
Salesperson 903   - 1800.69 in CS-D, 566.42 in CS-E/F
Salesperson 905   - 2793.37 in CS-D, 1867.04 in CS-E/F
Salesperson 1027 - 1264.81 in CS-D, 1264.81 in CS-E/F

*I have run a Crystal Report to select all customers with Salesperson1 or 2 as 901 or 902 and there are none. When you browse the field you can see 903 and 905 in Salesperson1, no one in Salesperson2.

Anyone else with this problem or is it just me?

What does CS-O show?  That is really the report to show commissions earned.  I use the commissions all the time and they are almost always spot on.

CS-O agrees with CS-E/F.

CS-D seems to be the culprit, as I don't know how else there would be data in there for salespersons not even assigned to anyone (for 5 plus years...).
