So is anyone using DBA/Evo's credit card storage solution and going to be (or has already) converted to X-Charge? I can't seem to find any information on it. Did a search here, and on the evoerp.com site the only thing I can find is a link to the X-Charge site which doesn't seem to have any application specific information.

How do we go about adding it? The last email I got from ISTS said that the next release would have built-in support, but there has been no new release, and the deadline is 7/1/10 according to that same email.

We also found out that the enforcement of the new regulations is not as stringent as first announced. The July 1 deadline applies to new merchant accounts opened on or after July 1. Enforcement on existing accounts will be phased in later (to be determined) so if you have an existing merchant account that is not in compliance, you will not be unable to process charges come July 1.

Looks good. Now I just need to get rates and decide if I want to do this now or wait until I have to.
