What is it? How do you use it?

I have enter a record on the NE-A, then when to PO-T and approved a PO

Then what?

If you want to use the Electronic Signatures then you need to replace the PO RTM with the latest RTX copy which has the fields on it for the signature. If a PO is printed that has ot been approved, the text UNAPPROVED PO appears instead of the signature.
