Title: SO-A vs SO-B Post by gtladmin on 08/26/10 at 08:01:54 Weird one - in SO-B the ack lists the total order as 89.00 and sales tax (MA 6.50) at 5.56, total order as $94.56. In SO-A, the order sub total is 89.00, sales tax is 283.44, and order total is 372.44!! What's up with that? I've looked at this order and all seems fine to me. What else can I check to figure out why the tax info in SO-A is wrong? Val |
Title: Re: SO-A vs SO-B Post by dameng on 08/31/10 at 09:11:34 Val, ok, the dumb question for me to ask.... did you go into SO-A and just hit the Enter key through all the fields so that it can recalculate the taxes on the line item? sounds like it just needs a screen refresh. |
Title: Re: SO-A vs SO-B Post by gtladmin on 08/31/10 at 10:59:55 Hi Dave, The salesperson did that, it made no difference. She also ended up editing the sales order to change a couple of the line items and re-saved it, and that still didn't work. It's not showing the correct tax on this specific order. Weird. Val |
