We have closed over 10,000 work orders. But for some reason we cant close this work order. It acts like it is closed in WO-J. but then when we go to to WO-A and it still says its not closed. We then tried to close it in WO-A by manually changing the staus, but it wont let us close it there.

What could cause a WO not to close?

Any ideas?

No errors or other messages in WO-J? All POs associated with the WO need to be received and all labor posted before you can close but if that is the issue it will tell you.
