We've recently added a number of new items to our inventory master and started assigning Bin locations. When trying to print Inventory Labels, we get the error "A mathching record was not found during a related find". I get about 25 labels out of what should be hundreds.

We're running version 2004.1 with ISTS updates. We are not using warehouse control.

Any thoughts?

Run SM-J-C master level, report only and see if anything is missing BKICMSTR or MTICMSTR records.

We had recently added some tooling inventory items. We imported the items/descriptions/quantities. The issue was that we had on-hand quantities without any related transactions. SM-J-C reconciled the On-Hand Inventory.
