I am looking to export the last closed purchase order information for every inventory item in DBA. When I go into IN-A enter the part number and then choose CLOSED PO's....it gives me the information I am looking for including Date and Vendor. I have over 20K inventory items and can't manually look it up for each one.

I want to Export it through DE-A but can't seem to find the right report...I have tried BKICMSTR, MTICMSTR, BKAPHPOL and I can't seem to find the right one. So where does that info hide? Any help appreciated..... :-[

BKAPHPOL would be the file but to get a single entry that is the last one per item would take a fair amount of manupulation.

You would need to create a report, using Crystal Reports, that will list the Last Date of Item's recieved, and then export that report. contact me off line if you want.
