We set up a new user on a new computer.  We did everything same as usual.  But he can't get into Sales modules.  He can get into AR but not into any sales menus.  I'm guessing AR is probably part of the Accounting module. The user can't get in at all.  It just doesn't go in.

Need more info - Evo or DBA Classic?  Did you copy an existing menu if it is Evo?  Do you get any error messages?  Is there a menu but selecting a program doesn't work or does the menu not even exist?

All the menus are there.  I think a message goes by but very quickly and we can't read it.  We are using EVO. All the menus are there.  But we can't get any sales menus to open.  It looks like everything works in DBA but we can't print as it says there is no default printer.  We are going to uninstall EVO/DBA and Pervasive and start over.  But I would think there would be more problems than the Sales menus if we had installation issues.  I have also looked in TASPRO.INI and can't find any errors.

Update to previous message.  I wish users would be a litlle more explicit about their problems.  First, this user only has access to certain files so I can't tell how widespread his problem may be.  He has access to all the sales menus.  He only has access to IN-A in inventory and it works OK.  He has System manager TAS and it works OK.  So Sales menus seem to be the problem: as in SO, SR, RM, SA, CS, CM.  He can't get them to open.

We got DBA to print after reinstalling everything.  But the print box is really small so we have to expand it.  And all boxes are empty with no names but we know to click the right hand box to print.  We have this happen with other DBA users so this is the norm.
