Running DBA classic version 2004.1 IS Tech Support Update 10/11/10 SP1. Just installed the Payroll 2011 update by extracting the files to my application folder. Seemed like everything went ok, but when I go to PR-A I get error message "Error: You are not licensed to run this program. Please contact www.istechsupport.com to purchase a valid license." reinstalled payroll update again and still get same error. Any ideas?

The newsletter with the download instructions is scheduled to broadcast Monday morning. Unless you are in AZ, OR or KY, the only thing you need is the Tax Table, not the program update files. That said, I can replicate what you are seeing in PR-A and will get it fixed.
