Title: PO-T failing for changes after a receipt

Twice now we have made changes to PO's on which one item has been received and then been unable to approve the changes. PO-T says the the PO is closed for receiving purposes. We just tried it on another one where one line was received and we had to update the price on the second line, but that let us approve the PO again. Not sure what the trigger is, but those two POs work properly everywhere else, just not in PO-T.
