A SO has been released, invoice printed and the SO posted. However, the SO does not show closed (C). Is there a way to update this so that it shows closed again? We keep investigating the same Open SOs that really closed, but show open.

Open them, make sure all lines have 0 quantity, then save the SO. It should give you a pop up that asks if you wish to close the SO. Other than that, I do not know of any program for closing SOs (as there is with POs.)

UT-A, program ISSOCLOS will close all zero balance sales orders within the range specified.
