We are trying to delete some part #'s that has been replaced. Getting the following message
"You cannot delete this item for the following reasons"
" 1) Is a component on a work order."

We don't see any open work order for this part, how do we get around this to delete it?

It doesn't care if the work order is open or closed. You need to archive the closed work orders to get them out of the open work ordrer file. Also, with the update just released this week we have an option to archive obsolete items instead of delete them.
