Does anyone know how to delete a prospect file in the Contact Manager?

First of all, New CMA or old Classic CMA? second, do you want to delete a lead ie the customer account, or delete a contact person associated with that lead account ie phone # and email address etc.. ?

DBA Classic 2004.1 w IS 1/18/11. I want to delete the entire account since the prospect has gone out of business and no longer exists.

In general, the same program that is used to create or edit an entry can also be used to delete them. If there is not a Delete button, try the F4 key.
