In classic DBA 2004.1 w IS Tech 1/18/11 sp1. I don't have access as an administrator to SM-J-R or SM-J-S. Is that for EVO only? It shows up in the menu, but it is grayed out and I can't click on it. Is there a place I need to activate it? :exclamation

SM-J-S allows you to clean up the audit trail info that Evo keeps on inventory edits.

SM-J-R Archives POs, but I don't know that it is Evo only. The program is ISSMJR.RUN, but maybe Classic can't deal with archived POs

They are not Evo only; if they are on the Classic menu at all, even if they are grayed out, you can run them. You need to delete your access level in PS-B and create a new one to get access to those programs
