If you move the ..\DBAFMG\Converter.exe and copy your own exe and rename it to Converter.exe, you can call it from any Evo window that has that icon.

Interesting but what is the idea behind it?

No matter how good is you ERP there is not a single one that will exactly do or work the way your company needs to.

What makes a good ERP to be call a "Great ERP" is the ability to interact with other software.

Made2Manage, Microsoft Dynamics GP, JobBOSS, per example have follow that path.

So I would like to request something to Allen.

When calling the Converter.exe could you pass some parameters? I just need two.

The name of the window (PO-A) and the current open record (PO Number), per example

Converter.exe /window "PO" /doc "1234" or just copy the parameters to the clipboard: PO,1234

I don't think I am asking for much but, there are a lot you can do with those two pieces of information, A LOT!!!

I agree that hijacking Converter.exe is an interesting idea. Where did you get that Idea?

I have a better Idea. I can add a UDF button to the Look ups grids and that button can call whatever you want and pass whatever you want.

Let me play with the Idea and see what I can do.

I suggested the button on the Evo Windows because the same button can have different functions.

I look forward the check the next update.
