Has anybody encountered this problem? On an item classified as K for kit when the item gets shipped its components get deducted as if the usage was in decimal. And this doesn’t happen all the time, the first two shipments where ok, but the last two were with decimals. So far this only has happened to the same S/O and the same two items.(K)
I’ll appreciate any help

Hi Juan - I have a similar problem but with Feature & Options - jusy on one part - We believe it has to be something in the BOM or the way we have it constructed, but I am unable to find the culprit. The system will ask "do you want to release items proportionally" and it almost always releases items in fractions. Sorry that I am no help, but hope you find comfort in knowing you are not alone!

Thx, we're blaming the S/O because it only happen on one order, and again not in every shipment, of the same S/O

It has to do with the proportional release part of the program. I think if you search this forum you will find more about it. It has come up several times.
