Ever since I was "upgraded" to EVO I have been unable to print ranges of BOMs (as well as a handful of other functionality problems). Every time I try, it only prints the first one in the range I have set. Anyone ever run into this and if so, how did you remedy it?

Update: Just discovered it is more than this. Cannot print ranges of shop travelers either. Only prints the first one in my range.

What version? There was a BM-B issue that has been fixed but I just tested Shop Traveler for a range and it works fine (and I am sure we would have heard by now if it didn't, it hasn't changed since September 2010)

Thanks for the response Lynn. It's older than that. The owner is going to install the 1/11 update this weekend when no one is working in the system. I'll see if it works OK after that and let you know.

The current version is 5/2011, not January.

OK, we just updated to the latest version of EVO and now I am able to print ranges for travelers and ranges of BOMs in graphical form but still cannot print ranges of BOMs in text form? Any thoughts anyone?
