Title: e-mail addresses tagging to new customers contacts Post by p masters on 06/15/11 at 11:22:55 we are having a problem with e-mail addresses tagging them selves to the next used customer's contacts. We also cannot not delete them from the incorrect customer. This happened after we e-mailed a quotation to one customer and then pulled the next customer to e-mail to and the previous customer's email address is listed. |

I came out with our own solution, we deleted all records (backup the table first) then add 2 records for each customer 1: DO NOT USE, 2: PRIMARY CONTACT (BKCM_ACCN_PRIM='Y'). In that way, we avoid data duplication and corruption. we have a ms access app that did it for us, once the "two records" were exported to evo, we used access again to update emails and phone numbers. :P Kelloggs |
