Hello, I have an issue in DBA Classic where my trial balance doesn't balance. I want to just post a one-sided entry to the A/R G/L account, which will then balance both the trial balance & balance to the A/R subledger. It won't let me post a one-sided acct in GL-P, however. Ideas? Is there another utility I can use to make this correction?

This has come up because about a month ago when running GL-O, DBA said an A/R payment posting batch (CR) was out of balance, so I entered two additional lines in GL-P. Now, however, it seems those two lines were in fact not needed, as the original CR postings are in the G/L, as are the additional lines I added.

UT-A, Program EDITGL will allow you to create a one sided entry. After you save it, you need to run UT-K-D on the affected account.
